Empowering Your Health and Well-Being


I began my Yoga journey in 2006, when I fell in love with how much Yoga can harmoniously unite the mind, body and soul. Yoga practices quickly became the perfect counterbalance to the busy day to day challenges and schedule that had influenced my life and career. After months of daily classes and with a profound peace of mind I made the decision to change my métier from corporate financial management to teaching Yoga.

I initially completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance Training Certification and studied under Ashtanga Yoga expert David Swensen and the creator of Power Yoga, Beryl Bender Birch. Since then I have continued my training with East to West Yoga Teacher 350-hour (EWYT-RYT350) Certification, and further developed my Yoga skills with Specialty Certifications in: Radiant Child Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Yin Yoga Immersion, Anti-Gravity Fitness, Pilates, Thai Massage, and as a Registered Yoga Tune Up
